Senior ETL Developer | Columbus, Ohio, United States Job Summary: Senior ETL Developer (Contract-to-Hire) Location: Columbus, OH (Remote-eligible) Company: Apex Systems About the Role Join Apex Systems as a Senior ETL Developer supporting our Enterprise Data Warehouse. Leverage your expertise to develop robust data solutions that empower business decisions at a leading financial institution. Be part of a forward-thinking, collaborative team, working with the latest cloud and data technologies. This role offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment where your skills and ideas drive real impact. Responsibilities - Translate business requirements and data mapping documents into technical designs that deliver value. - Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL code using Python, PySpark, DataStage, and SQL, adhering to best practices and SDLC standards. - Design and execute comprehensive unit test plans; support regression and system testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and production, ensuring data integrity and system reliability. - Collaborate cross-functionally with technology teams on enterprise-level projects. - Communicate project status, issues, and blockers clearly within the team. - Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, championing best practices in data management.
