Position: GIS Administrator 2
Location: Columbus, OH (43215)
Client: State of Ohio
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a CADD/GIS Administrator 2 to provide geographic analysis support. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of GIS analysis experience and will work closely with project teams to enhance mapping functions and system performance. This role involves integrating ArcGIS with various data sources and training analysts to optimize geospatial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with SMEs to define geospatial analysis needs.
  • Integrate ArcGIS shape files with Tableau for data visualization.
  • Conduct in-depth geospatial analysis alongside clinical analytics teams.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on geospatial files and maps.
  • Utilize Python for automating spatial analysis within the ArcGIS environment.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 6+ years in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Python, R).
  • Proficient in ArcGIS mapping development and Network Analyst tool usage.
  • Experience in identifying data anomalies and providing recommendations.
