A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Children’s Behavioral Health Care Manager. This will be full time.

Hours

• M-F 8-5 pm EST with ability /flexibility to work later to accommodate member needs
• Hybrid Schedule - some days remote/some field visits
• Candidates must reside in one of these counties: Central/Southeast Counties of OH

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $27.16 an hour + mileage reimbursement
• Benefits are available to full-time employees
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, community-based assessments of children and youth enrolled in OhioRISE to identify behavioral health needs, risk factors, and service gaps.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans in collaboration with members, families, Child & Family Teams, providers, and community partners.
• Coordinate behavioral health, medical, educational, child welfare, juvenile justice, and developmental disability services to ensure integrated and holistic care delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, addressing barriers to care, resolving service gaps, and facilitating timely access to appropriate resources.
• Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement strategies to promote member participation, family involvement, and positive health outcomes.
• Identify high-risk situations and escalate urgent or crisis-related concerns to appropriate clinical leadership or crisis intervention teams.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and collaborate with supervisors, medical directors, and cross-functional teams to optimize care outcomes.
• Advocate for members by navigating Medicaid benefits, community resources, and internal programs to ensure appropriate utilization of services.
• Monitor ongoing progress toward care plan goals and adjust interventions as needed based on member progress and system involvement.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
• Identify and report quality of care concerns through established channels to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Support discharge planning and transition coordination when members move between levels of care or service systems.
• Maintain knowledge of Ohio Medicaid delivery systems, local community resources, and child-serving agencies within the assigned region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed master level clinician required
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or human services
