PositionSummary: Wallick Communities is searching for a Real Estate Development Associate to join a team focusing on our development activities across our geographic regions.
What You'll Do
  • Assume a key role in the development process with a focus on site selection, site feasibility, application preparation, scoring analysis, public approvals, and development feasibility research.
  • Understanding of critical path within each project timeline and assisting Development Manager with adherence to timeline deliverables.
  • Assist with due diligence in closing of projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in development, City and Regional /Urban Planning, Public Administration, Finance or Business Development.
  • Previous experience with some components of real estate development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills a must.
  • Travel required as necessary to travel to project sites, planning departments or community meetings.
