systemDevelop and improve project lifecycle standards, governance processes, and project management frameworksStandardize project startup, execution, recovery, turnover, and closeout practices across the organizationManage project management templates, workflows, standards, playbooks, and execution toolsDrive consistency and accountability across the Project Management organizationProject Health & Performance ManagementLead project health review processes and governance meetingsMonitor project performance, risk indicators, execution trends, and operational metricsDevelop and oversee project recovery processes for at-risk projectsPartner with operational leaders to identify and resolve execution challengesEscalate critical project risks and organizational process issues when appropriateProcess Improvement & Operational ExcellenceLead continuous improvement initiatives across project management processesFacilitate lessons learned reviews and implement organizational improvementsUpdate standards, SOPs, templates, training materials, and reporting tools based on project performanceIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, consistency, and project outcomesSupport change management and adoption of new PM processes and toolsPM Training & DevelopmentDevelop and maintain PM onboarding and training programsCreate project management standards, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field5+ years of experience in PMO leadership, program management, project controls, operational excellence, business process improvement, project governance, or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience developing and implementing project management standards, governance processes, or operating proceduresStrong understanding of project lifecycle management and project execution best practicesExperience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authorityExperience facilitating executive reviews, governance meetings, or operational reviewsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience leading or supporting a Project Management Office (PMO)Experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, technology, mission-critical infrastructure, engineering, or trade-based environmentsExperience with project governance frameworks, stage-gate processes, or project lifecycle managementExperience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and
