Sales Representative
B2B | Base + Uncapped Commissions Columbus, OH (In Office) Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Consolidated Employer Services (CES) is one of the fastest-growing companies in Ohio, providing administrative services and support to small and midsize businesses in payroll, human resources, risk management, and employee benefits. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Columbus team.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary
  • Uncapped residual commission
  • Six-figure earning potential within two years
  • No sales quota during your first quarter

  • Annual sales trip for top performers (Cancun, Miami Beach, Las Vegas)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct inside and outside sales activities
  • Set appointments via phone and meet with prospects in person
  • Build relationships with small and midsize business owners
  • Present CES solutions related to HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B a plus)
