Job description

Job Summary:

Support Procurement with contract administration, procurement analytics, reporting, spend analysis, market research, and process improvement across multiple business areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract records, rate sheets, pricing, documentation, and procurement reports.
  • Analyze spend, rates, price variances, and supplier data to support cost savings and negotiations.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support procurement decisions.
  • Track and coordinate ServiceNow cases, procurement requests, and system issues.
  • Support procurement systems, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate contract rates and perform transactional procurement activities.
  • Partner with stakeholders and serve as a point of contact for contract administration questions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for Procurement leadership.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Administration, or related experience.
  • Strong Excel, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with contract management, spend analysis, procurement reporting, and Microsoft Office preferred.
