Job description

Join us in Marysville, OH or in Russells Point, OH as an Injury Prevention Coordinator and help employees stay healthy, strong, and injury-free. This is a great opportunity for a fitness professional, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Physical Therapy Assistant to apply their expertise in a manufacturing setting while working a convenient 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM schedule and making a real impact every day.



Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Conducts employee injury prevention programs, education, and training.
  • Leads the development and implementation of interventions/programs focused on the manufacturing environment to meet client objectives.
  • Assists employee healthcare teams with job function assessment, incident investigation and care management.
  • Collect and evaluate program data to support ROI process, manages and reports data for their assigned plant.
  • Develop, promote, and market wellness and general education programs.
  • Other duties as needed/assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, or a related field, or licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
  • 2+ years’ experience in health and fitness.
  • Ability to work B shift (1:30pm-10:00pm, M-F)
