  • Review final loan documentation and facilitate resolution of outstanding closing and post-closing issues.
  • Ensure required documents and deliverables are accurately maintained within company systems and delivered within established deadlines.
  • Support Fannie Mae C&D and other agency delivery requirements in coordination with the C&D Lead and Post-Closing teams.
  • Maintain transaction records, closing schedules, status reports, and pipeline tracking tools.
  • Identify transaction risks and proactively drive issue resolution while balancing business objectives and risk management considerations.
  • Participate in departmental initiatives, process improvements, training, and special projects as assigned.

Education, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate lending, transaction management, loan closing, post-closing, underwriting, or related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge lending, warehouse lending, and commercial real estate loan documentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Self-motivated team player with a high attention to detail, strong initiative, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
