Now Hiring: Patient Services Representative / Medical Assistant - Part-Time


Locations: Grove City, OH (training and occasional coverage at our Easton and Dublin clinics)


As a Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey.


How you will make an impact as a Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant:

  • Greet patients and accurately check patients into EHR using established patient registration check-in protocols
  • Responsible for ensuring documentation is appropriately completed, patient payment is received per insurance and work with clinic team members to maintain daily schedule
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Greet, room, and take vitals of patients
  • Ensure clinic patient appointments run in a timely manner, communicating with Physicians and APPs necessary information before they see patients
  • Sanitize exam rooms after each patient
  • Sanitize equipment used in clinics including instruments, scopes, and specialty procedure equipment
  • Rotate/stock pharmaceutical closet; dispose of expired medication
  • Maintain inventory of medical supplies and non-sample pharmaceuticals
  • Assist with additional clinic responsibilities as required

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience working with performance-based goals or metrics
  • A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver license
  • Ability to work at and train at our Easton and Dublin clinics as needed
