As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Alarm Panel Operator in Groveport, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, help to deter incidents, respond to alarms, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare and laboratory environment.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor credentials, and assist with maintaining visitor and contractor entry records.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
