A member of the production department. The Panel Operator is responsible for support in the areas of production and related activities in a manner that supports the operations of production of the organization at the Fresno, CA plant.
Pay: $19.00 an hour
Hours: 5:00 pm - 5:00 am
Schedule: Monday - Friday
(Must be flexible to work weekends.)
Location: Fresno, CA
Travel Requirements: None
Work Environment: On-site
Core Responsibilities:
  • Supports the mission, values and vision of the company.
  • Maintains the best interest of Lyons Magnus first and foremost.
  • Work with employees of Lyons Magnus in a positive and constructive manner to maintain a professional relationship. Demonstrates courtesy, discretion, friendliness and diplomacy.
  • Works within a team environment to share information and help others as needed.
  • Responsible for running product to the processor and fillers.
  • Monitor product flow to ensure consistency during production.
  • Ensure product meets formula specifications such as Brix, pH, viscosities, and other standards.
  • Record and communicate any deviations from formula specifications.
  • Ensure the team correctly labels all packaging according to requirements.
  • Confirm the team follows all information on the PI Sheet, including fill weights, fill temperatures, and color.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support production and team needs.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge and application of Food and Beverage Manufacturing, including kettle mixers, pumps and heaters; electrical panels.
  • Working knowledge of liquid and powder measurements.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in warehousing/manufacturing of foods and beverages.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
