Medical Operations Supervisor - Columbus, OH
The IMA Group is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead clinical operations across Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky. You'll be based in Columbus, on the road often, and hands-on with the teams you support.
Travel: 50% across OH/WV/KY
Schedule: Varies as needed; core hours 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, occasional weekends
What You'll Do
Supervise clinical staff at multiple sites, coaching them through daily operations and keeping standards consistent. Travel regularly to train staff, troubleshoot issues, and pitch in on clinical tasks like patient intake and exam prep. Manage medical supply inventory and act as the link between field teams and leadership.
What You Bring
  • Background as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
  • 1+ year supervising more than one employee
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able and willing to travel 50%
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation
$55,000-$65,000, based on experience. Looking for more and bringing the experience to match? Strong candidates may be considered for our Operations Manager role, expanding territory to include DE, MD, and VA.
