Job description


We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including acute care, medical offices, and critical care environments. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Duties
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Provide support for patients with behavioral health issues and ensure a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing compassionate patient care.
