POSITION OVERVIEW
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically skilled, and committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document medical histories accurately.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and clinical progress, communicating significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Assist in the care of patients with behavioral health needs while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Promote patient safety while ensuring compliance with all nursing standards and healthcare regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current, unrestricted Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience in acute care or critical care preferred.
  • Medical office experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
