Job title: HR Administrative Coordinator
Location: North Columbus Area
Role Overview:
Provide comprehensive administrative and human capital support to the Administration Manager by coordinating staffing initiatives, employee development programs, compliance activities, performance documentation, records governance, and secure information management. Contribute to departmental effectiveness through execution of assigned operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operating under the guidance of the Administration Manager, the role is empowered to carry out the following functions:
· Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including candidate sourcing, evaluation, selection coordination, and onboarding to meet organizational staffing objectives.
· Design, structure, and update internal instructional materials, procedural guides, and learning resources to support workforce development initiatives; partner with functional leaders to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
· Assess regulatory training obligations and coordinate external learning solutions to ensure adherence to applicable health, safety, and compliance standards.
· Facilitate instructional sessions and knowledge-transfer activities within certified or approved subject areas.
· Administer training documentation systems, monitor completion metrics, and coordinate course scheduling with department supervisors.
· Generate professional communications, reports, and formal documentation as directed by management.
· Oversee document retention systems and ensure organized, secure, and audit-ready filing processes within the department.
· Maintain strict control over sensitive organizational and personnel information in accordance with confidentiality policies and data protection practices.
· Conduct detailed reviews of official records and documentation to validate accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
· Consolidate departmental metrics and prepare monthly analytical summaries to support management reporting requirements.
· Provide logistical and administrative support for facility-related operations and maintenance activities as needed.
