Job description

ImagineX is a tech company that deploys AI-assisted teams to build and secure mission-critical enterprise solutions with our clients – spanning software, data, and AI. Structured like a software company, not a traditional consultancy, we blend deep technical expertise with authentic values, achieving world-class satisfaction (NPS 91). Our dedicated teams specialize in software, data, and AI across the U.S. and LATAM, bridging the gap between boutique agility and enterprise scale.

We are seeking two Senior Technical Project Managers to lead and drive multiple client initiatives.  You will be responsible for ensuring strong ownership, accountability, and execution across complex, cross-functional programs. You'll also bring deep experience managing large-scale technical projects, enforcing delivery discipline, and navigating enterprise environments with many moving parts.

These are full-time, Columbus, OH–based positions that require onsite visits with the client 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream technical programs within the Middleware domain

  • Drive accountability across engineering, architecture, operations, and business teams to ensure milestones, deliverables, and dependencies stay on track

  • Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and communication frameworks

  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively removing roadblocks

  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and ensure alignment across stakeholders at all levels

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status updates

  • Champion project governance, process rigor, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience managing large, complex technical projects or programs

  • Proven ability to drive delivery across cross-functional engineering and business teams

  • Strong background in project financial management and risk management

  • Demonstrated success managing schedules, budgets, and dependencies in enterprise environments

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Must reside in the Columbus, OH area and be willing to work onsite

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential

  • Experience supporting or managing initiatives in Middleware, Integration, or related technical domains

  • Background working in large corporate or highly matrixed organizations
