School Psychologist – School-Based Services 

2026-2027 - School Year

Location: Lancaster, OH

Schedule: School-Based | Daytime Hours 

Pay: $51-$56

At Care Options for Kids, our school-based School Psychologists play a vital role in supporting the social, emotional, behavioral, and academic well-being of students. This role is designed for professionals who value assessment-driven decision making, collaboration with educators, and advocating for students’ mental health within the school environment. 

In this position, you’ll assess learning and behavioral needs, support the development of interventions, and contribute to creating positive, inclusive school climates. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed academically and emotionally.

Requirements 

  • Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution 

  • Active state license to practice as a School Psychologist in OH

  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality 

  • Knowledge of assessment and intervention practices aligned with accepted standards 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto liability insurance
