This role supports injection molding operations through mold setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure quality, efficiency, and uptime.


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain, clean, troubleshoot, and repair injection molds
  • Perform mold adjustments, modifications, and complex repairs
  • Diagnose molding issues and support production efficiency
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
  • Document maintenance, repairs, and quality findings
  • Support new mold trials and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Mold Technician (injection molding preferred)
