Throughout the shift, you watch cycle times, listen for changes in pitch, and study surface finishes to confirm the mold is running to spec. When something drifts, you troubleshoot, adjust settings, and keep production moving—safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate mold injection equipment precisely to the given specifications and job travelers.
  • Continuously monitor production to confirm quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Tune machine parameters based on part and material requirements.
  • Inspect finished parts, document findings, and escalate any defects immediately.
