What Youโll Do
- Set up and operate mold injection equipment precisely to the given specifications and job travelers.
- Continuously monitor production to confirm quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Tune machine parameters based on part and material requirements.
- Inspect finished parts, document findings, and escalate any defects immediately.
- Keep a tidy, well-organized workstation and follow all safety procedures.
- Partner with teammates to improve output and overall efficiency.
What Youโll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical machine-operation training is a plus.
- Hands-on machine operator backgroundโideally with injection molding.
