What Youโll Do
As a Property Manager, youโll take full ownership of your community, driving performance while creating an exceptional resident experience:
- Lead daily operations of a multifamily community
- Manage leasing, occupancy, and resident retention strategies
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
- Supervise and motivate onsite team members (leasing & maintenance)
- Ensure property compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders
What Weโre Looking For
- 3+ years of multifamily Property Management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with budgeting, NOI, and operational performance
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- AppFolio or other property management software experience is a plus
