The Business Intelligence Analyst delivers accurate, timely Commercial Operations reporting and analytics to support datadriven decisionmaking across Sales and Commercial Operations. This role owns monthly Commercial Operations reporting, builds and maintains Tableau dashboards, and supports Salesforcebased insights that directly inform commercial strategy, sales effectiveness, and performance management.

The analyst works extensively with large sales datasets, leveraging Tableau and SQL to deliver both recurring reports and ad hoc analysis. This role partners closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, and BI stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable, and executiveready insights.

The ideal candidate is resultsdriven and deadlinefocused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while operating with a high degree of autonomy and building strong, productive relationships across Commercial Operations, Sales, and BI teams.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver monthly Commercial Operations reports with a high level of accuracy and consistency to support leadership visibility into sales performance and commercial outcomes.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for sales, behavior, and performance metrics, including pipeline health, sales activity, and KPI performance.
• Use SQL to analyze, validate, and transform data for reporting needs, ensuring data integrity, metric consistency, and highquality outputs.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and visualization requests while managing priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced, stakeholderdriven environment.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial Operations stakeholders to intake analytical requirements, clarify business questions, and prioritize reporting initiatives.
• Define, document, and maintain standardized Commercial Operations KPIs and metric definitions to ensure consistency across reporting.
• Translate complex datasets into compelling visual narratives and executiveready insights that influence decisionmaking.
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Support data quality monitoring and validation efforts, proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include data analytics, information systems, business, mathematics, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or commercial analytics roles.
• Strong experience with Tableau dashboard development, including designing intuitive, stakeholderfriendly visualizations.
• Experience supporting Sales, Commercial, or Revenuefocused organizations.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and transforming large datasets.
• Experience working with sales and Salesforce data preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver recurring, deadlinedriven reporting with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Resultsoriented with strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills, including the ability to explain insights to nontechnical audiences.
• Strong data storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights to managers or senior leaders.
• Familiarity with KPI frameworks, performance measurement, or sales effectiveness analytics.
