Job description

Overview

Tactica Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Operator (HUMINT SME to support operations at the 16th Air Force (AFCYBER) in San Antonio, TX. In this critical role, you will provide expert guidance on Human Intelligence (HUMINT) operations while enabling the seamless integration of HUMINT and Counterintelligence (CI) across AFCYBER, JFHQ-C(AF), and cyber campaign teams. This is a pre-award position, contingent upon contract award.

Job Duties and Tasks:

Provide HUMINT SME support to exercise planning, training, mentoring, and operational execution. Coordinate and deconflict HUMINT reporting through CHROME and other reporting systems. Track and manage HUMINT support activities and associated databases. Facilitate HUMINT integration across 16 AF campaign teams and Lines of Effort (LOEs). Support HUMINT collection management and capability development across the enterprise. Draft HUMINT collection requirements and evaluations aligned to commander's PIRs. Assist with readiness through HUMINT integration in training and operational exercises.

Requirements

Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum five (5) years of experience conducting and/or supporting HUMINT operations. At least two (2) years supporting cyber operations.

Successful completion of a DoD HUMINT or Military Source Operations (MSO) tradecraft course (Defense Strategic Debriefing Course minimum; advanced certifications highly desired). Experience supporting HUMINT planning, training, and joint/combined exercises. Strong working knowledge of HUMINT/CI integration and collection systems. Effective communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills across joint environments.

Required Security Clearance Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required prior to start.

Job Location: San Antonio, TX

Physical RequirementsWork may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. May include lifting weight up to 25 pounds as necessary.
