About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Solar Electrician. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our mission to harness solar energy effectively and responsibly.

What You'll Do:
  • Install and wire solar panels, inverters, and electrical components on residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve any issues or malfunctions efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members, including Solar Installers and project managers, to coordinate and complete installations on time and within budget.
  • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality and safety standards throughout the installation process.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified electrician with experience in electrical installations and wiring.
  • Familiarity with solar PV systems and previous experience in solar installation is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
