**This position will be an off Shift**
As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product as it is released from our packing area. Successful candidates must maintain a great attendance record and must be able to work overtime and off shifts.
  • Operate forklifts with various attachments (pull-pack, slip sheet, etc.) in a bustling warehouse
  • Safely load/unload trailers ensuring weight distribution, load integrity, and all shipping instructions are followed
  • Move finished product from the production line and store it in the correct location in the warehouse
  • Case pick product following all guidelines using an RF scanner, hand wrap and label products, and stage in the appropriate location
  • Ensure a clean and safe production environment including sanitation and cleaning
  • Regularly lift items up to 55 pounds

Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required•
  • 6 months of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, agriculture, military, food service, or a related environment.

Pay Progression Plan
  • Utility Operator E: $24.93
  • Forklift Operator D: $27.28
  • Forklift Operator C: $30.81
  • Forklift Operator B: $35.53

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $24.93. Please note that the pay provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
