Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines or Inspection equipment or Special processes.
  • Team Collaboration:Actively participate in daily team meetings and activities, practicing direct professional communication with team members and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Record Keeping:Accurately account for your time using the prescribed system, electronically maintain records,logbooks, and charts, and produce electronic or manual reports.
  • Certification:Obtain and maintain theCVPcertification, with training provided to support your professional growth.
  • Traceability:Accurately serialize parts tomaintain traceability at all times, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Quality Assurance:Achieve all required tolerances and finishes that meet standards set by Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Assurance, ensuring all characteristics generated at designated operations are conforming through applicable inspection techniques.
  • Equipment Operation:Perform set-up and operation of equipment according to drawings, method sheets, and occasionally supplement this information with your own job knowledge.
  • Material Handling:Utilize cranes, and material handling equipment to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50lbs, following proper ergonomic procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have at least a HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requires the ability to use simple blueprints, simple arithmetic such as addition and subtraction of decimals and fractions, and the use of precision measuring instruments.
  • Requires the ability to work from detailed instructions and planning.
  • This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations, working with chemicals, and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining

  • At least two years of related experience in manufacturing or 2-year degree in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
