Sales Apprentice (6-Figure Fast Track)

The Fast Track

  • Months 0-6: Learn, execute, and prove you can close
  • After 6 months:
    • CSIA Certified (required)
    • Running your own jobs
    • Full commission structure unlocked

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ride along with top Sales Leads and learn in-home sales + inspections
  • Assist with estimates, job scopes, and customer education
  • Learn how to diagnose problems and present solutions that close
  • Support production teams and understand the full job lifecycle
  • Prepare trucks, tools, and materials daily
  • Execute with precision, professionalism, and urgency
