Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Plumbing Drain Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a valid Texas Plumbing Apprentice card who is looking to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and advance their career in the plumbing industry. You will work closely with experienced plumbers, learning the intricacies of drain cleaning, inspection, and repair. As well as develop skills in customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead technicians with various drain service calls, including clearing clogs, performing camera inspections, and hydro-jetting.
- Learn to diagnose drain issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain and organize service vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Be available for occasional on-call shifts as needed.
Qualifications:
- MUST POSSESS A VALID TEXAS PLUMBING APPRENTICE CARD. (Proof required)
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
