Registered Nurse - Emergency Department - Full-Time

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited program for nursing education (BSN preferred)
  • Active RN license in the State of Ohio
  • BLS certification (AHA) required
  • ACLS and PALS certification required (within 1 year of hire if not already obtained)
What You Will Do:
  • Deliver direct and indirect care to a diverse patient population across all age groups
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, collect and interpret diagnostic data, and prioritize care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on best practices and patient response
  • Provide urgent medical interventions and emergency care within scope of nursing practice
  • Collaborate with emergency providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely care
  • Accurately document all care provided in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines
  • Support patient and family education and discharge preparation
  • Take an active role in training new staff and contributing to a culture of safety
