Position Summary

Exact Benefits Group is seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Agent to join our in-office sales team in Westerville, Ohio. The ideal candidate will assist clients in understanding Medicare and health insurance options, provide consultative support, and help individuals select coverage that best fits their healthcare needs.

This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a team-oriented office environment and have strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients in-office and over the phone to discuss insurance needs
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, and ancillary products
  • Assist clients with plan comparisons and enrollments
  • Maintain compliance with Medicare and CMS regulations
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding coverage options
