Position Overview

The Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the organizationโ€™s financial integrity and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable functions, conducting thorough financial analysis and reporting, overseeing auditing and purchasing activities, validating billing processes, and preparing critical data for grants. The analyst will ensure accuracy, protect margins, and drive accountability through diligent cost tracking and service profitability analysis. Proficiency in core financial systems is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Oversee invoice generation, monitor collections, and ensure timely receipt of payments.
  • Accounts Payable (AP) Processing: Review and process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain accurate AP records.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and management reports to support decision-making.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
