NETS International, a leading provider of telecommunications and IT solutions, is seeking a proactive and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a company with over four decades of expertise in delivering innovative infrastructure, digital services, and managed solutions, we are looking for an individual who can uphold our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and optimising our operational processes to ensure seamless project delivery and service excellence across our diverse client base in industries such as Telecom, Banking, and the Public Sector.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, managing resources, and implementing strategies to enhance our operational performance. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $29 - $38 USD.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational functions to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with project management, technical, and sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of customised solutions to our clients.
  • Monitor operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Lead and support a remote team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager role or a similar senior position, preferably within the IT or telecommunications industry.

  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a remote team.
  • Demonstrable experience in project management and a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for liaising effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
