This position is fully remote, allowing for exceptional flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office. You will engage with clients through teletherapy, leveraging technology to create meaningful therapeutic relationships. • Create and implement individualized, recovery-focused treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Continuously assess the treatment needs of clients, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Assist in the development, monitoring, and implementation of individualized service plans that align with client goals.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions aimed at developing coping, problem-solving, and communication skills essential for daily living.
• Educate clients about available community resources and advocate for their access to these services.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities to support clients in their recovery journeys.
• Document client progress and treatment plans with minimal paperwork requirements to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Collaborate with other professionals and support staff within the organization to coordinate care and improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with adults who face various challenges associated with mental illness. This population often requires comprehensive support to navigate social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. Your expertise and empathetic approach will provide clients with the necessary tools to enhance their quality of life and reintegrate successfully into their communities.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current license from an appropriate state board, such as: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain strict confidentiality of client records.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and understanding nature.
• Proficient in computer skills, capable of utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.

• Prior experience delivering direct clinical services to individuals facing mental health challenges.
• Expertise in symptom monitoring and management, alongside behavior and anger management strategies.
• Familiarity with community resources available to support mental health and well-being.
• Experience in developing leisure skills and promoting community engagement among clients.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually. Additional benefits include a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit, full health insurance coverage, and support for establishing a manageable caseload within a week.
