Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in project management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Project Coordinator will assist with tracking project timelines, organizing communications, coordinating meetings, and helping ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Support the planning and execution of projects and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and follow-up tasks
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items 
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders and team members
  • Maintain organized project documentation, trackers, and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and deadlines 
  • Help identify project risks, blockers, or delays and escalate concerns as needed
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow coordination
  • Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Provide administrative and operational support to project leaders when needed 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field preferred 
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in coordination, administration, operations, customer service, or related roles 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within project management ? Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative 
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Work Environment
  • Location: On-site 
  • Schedule: Full-time 
  • May require additional availability or flexibility for escalations.
  • Regular meetings with your teams, departments, or leadership to ensure alignment.
Key Essential Functions 
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or move throughout the office for extended periods of time while coordinating projects and supporting team operations.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday, including typing, reaching, bending, filing, and operating office equipment.
  • Must be able to work onsite for all scheduled shifts and attend meetings across departments as needed.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to review, organize, and maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, and trackers with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must be able to use standard office technology and software platforms, including email, spreadsheets, project management tools, and video conferencing systems.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities, project timelines, and operational needs.
