The TPM will oversee multiple technology and infrastructure workstreams related to manufacturing systems, operational technology, cybersecurity, and vendor connectivity while partnering closely with technical leads responsible for system architecture and technical solution delivery.


PROJECT DETAILS

The 2026 Global Lifecycle Asset Management program at this location is being advanced to address the enterprise-wide impact of Windows 10 end-of-support, which is driving both the virtualization of HMI platforms and the upgrade of Systech serialization systems. In addition, the program includes modernization of technology hardware for passwordless authentication and augmented reality training.


The scope includes three primary workstreams: virtualization of all B1 packaging equipment HMIs, upgrade of Systech serialization systems to the latest platform, and deployment of new technology hardware for passwordless authentication and augmented reality. Major activities will be phased by production line and aligned with scheduled shutdown periods, encompassing hardware replacements, software validation, and platform standardization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, integration, and validation of manufacturing and operational technology systems.
  • Coordinate projects involving manufacturing execution and visualization systems, asset management platforms, endpoint technologies, authentication solutions, cybersecurity initiatives, digital operations tools, and remote vendor connectivity.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and budget tracking.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, engineering groups, and construction teams to ensure successful system deployment.
  • Oversee compliance with applicable industry regulations, quality standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Support system testing, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities.
  • Partner with technical leads to ensure alignment on architecture, infrastructure, and deployment strategy.
  • Ensure smooth integration across automation systems, operational technology environments, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Provide regular project reporting, documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications.


Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management within biotech, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or highly regulated industrial environments.
  • Experience managing projects involving manufacturing systems, operational technology, infrastructure deployments, cybersecurity, and vendor integration.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation environments, control systems, and IT/OT integration concepts.
  • Experience supporting projects requiring regulatory compliance, data integrity, and validation activities.
  • Strong background coordinating with engineering, construction, and infrastructure teams during technology deployments.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or PMI certification preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing IT/OT environments, industrial networking, or digital manufacturing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with enterprise automation frameworks and operational technology infrastructure.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple vendors and supporting validation documentation processes.
