Ensure a high level of quality is achieved during the construction process and any deviation from plans or design is resolved to the satisfaction of client and design engineer.
  • Identify, document, and collaboratively work with project team to resolve any issues that arise during civil construction efforts.
  • Provide coaching and training to less-experienced staff. This may include both formal content in a classroom or office setting as well as mentoring and supervision in the field.
