Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY (Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job):

Maintain and Repair Company Equipment, Facility, and Grounds – Primarily, Electrical, PLC Programming, Camera System Troubleshooting, Modification and Installation


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Duties required for successful job performance):

1. Conduct and Promote Safety Lock Out Tag Out and Performs in A Safe Working Manner

2. Perform Service and Repair with Highest Level of Quality and Efficiency

3. 5S Organizational Excellence

4. Major/Minor Preventative Machine & Tool Maintenance

5. Knowledge, Execution, and Communication of Escalation Procedures


REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (These are the traditional minimum, or required, bona-fide occupational qualifications and other requirements of most people in this job).

1. High School Diploma/GED Plus Equivalent Experience, or Associate’s Degree in Technical Field

2. Combined Basic Skills (Mechanical) - Form CBS-M Testing

WORKING CONDITIONS (Describe the environment within which the work is performed).

1. Works 100% of the Time on the Production Floor.

2. Must Be Able to Work in Cool and Warm Temperatures.

3. Must Be Able to Keep Organized Under Production Strain

4. Periodic Travel May Be Required for Training or Services at Other Locations


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Ability to Lift 50 lbs. Occasionally, 20 lbs. Frequently, and 10 lbs. Constantly

2. Ability to Work Varying Levels of Overtime Including Weekends

3. Ability to Adjust Work Schedule to Meet Plant Requirements

4. Able to Travel Within the Manufacturing Area and Enter Confined Spaces for Tooling Access
