  • Conduct leasing meetings, outreach, and weekly market surveys
  • Create resident retention programs and host community events

Property Operations

  • Perform daily property inspections and follow up on maintenance needs
  • Manage unit turns, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Ensure curb appeal, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Enforce lease agreements and community policies

Leadership & Team Development

  • Hire, train, supervise, and mentor leasing and maintenance teams
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain staffing schedules and uphold company standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • Proven leadership experience, including lease-ups
  • Strong financial and budget management skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Background in customer service, marketing, and vendor management
  • CAM, ARM®, CAPS, or CPM® certifications a plus

  • On-site presence required; flexibility for weekends or after-hours needs
