Location: Columbus, OH (43215)
Client: State of Ohio
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to lead the implementation of software that meets federal compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, develop effective work plans, and ensure successful data migration. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop project teams for optimal performance and motivation.
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including budget and risk management.
  • Coordinate resources to adhere to project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Maintain project tracking documentation, including meeting agendas and IT Implementation Plans.
  • Address operational risks and opportunities related to new software deployments.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success in stakeholder management at all levels
  • Professional certification (PMP or PRINCE2) is highly desired
