In this role, you will oversee multiple interrelated projects, align key stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful delivery of critical business objectives.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a unique balance of strategic planning and meticulous day-to-day execution. You will act as the central orchestrator across product, engineering, operations, and finance teams-building roadmaps, managing dependencies, and establishing best-in-class project management frameworks. If you excel at turning strategic vision into structured, measurable execution, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Timeline & Resource Planning: Develop comprehensive program roadmaps, integrated schedules, resource allocations, and financial budgets.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive alignment across diverse departments-including engineering, product, operations, marketing, and finance-to ensure seamless execution.
Risk, Governance & Reporting
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively monitor program performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Executive Communication: Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and status updates, delivering clear executive reporting on key metrics and ROI.
• Process Standardization: Establish, refine, and champion standardized program management processes, toolsets, and governance best practices.
Change Management & Performance Tracking
• KPI Monitoring: Track program-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and qualitative outcomes to measure overall success and operational efficiency.
• Change Leadership: Support comprehensive organizational change management (OCM) and communication efforts during major program rollouts.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 3 to 8+ years of professional experience in program management, project management, or operations leadership.
• Technical Mastery:
oProven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
oHands-on proficiency with enterprise project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
oWorking knowledge of structured project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Core Competencies: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical problem-solving abilities; superior stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Preferred Attributes
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
