Job description

Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Customer Service Representative in Westerville, where delivering exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, personable, and passionate about helping others. As a key member of the store team, you will create a welcoming environment for customers, assist with sales transactions, and help maintain an organized and inviting sales floor. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and enjoy making a positive impact on customers’ shopping experiences, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers to create a positive and enjoyable store experience.
  • Perform all point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Tag, hang, and stock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a well-organized store.
  • Clearly communicate the buying and selling process to customers.
  • Assist with maintaining store operations and standards as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Honest, dependable, and self-motivated with mature judgment and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, climb ladders, push, and perform repetitive lifting (up to 40 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect items closely.
