Job description

Construction Litigation Associate

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Construction Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and fast-paced matters, utilizing your expertise in construction litigation to drive success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage discovery, motion practice, and legal research and writing for construction litigation cases
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve client goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support on complex matters
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction law and industry trends

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of construction litigation experience
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Admission to practice in Ohio is required
  • Experience with liens and bonds is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
