These nurses have the flexibility to choose when and where they work, often filling in shifts at hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare settings. The platform allows RNs to manage their own schedules, access a variety of work opportunities, and often receive competitive pay. ConnectRN helps healthcare facilities address staffing shortages while providing nurses with greater autonomy and work-life balance.

What are some common challenges Connect RNs face when working across multiple healthcare facilities?

Connect RNs often work in a variety of healthcare environments, which requires them to quickly adapt to different team cultures, electronic health record systems, and facility protocols.
