ConnectRN helps healthcare facilities address staffing shortages while providing nurses with greater autonomy and work-life balance.

Connect RNs can increase their income by taking on per diem or agency shifts, which often pay higher rates, or by working overtime and weekend shifts. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and mobile workforce management apps is typically required. Excellent communication, adaptability, and self-motivation are essential soft skills for remote work and dynamic shift environments.
