This position will lead our Mount Vernon School-Based Health Center, located at Mount Vernon High School. The provider in this role delivers comprehensive primary care services to children and young adults ages 0-22 within the Mount Vernon City School District as well as students and families in the surrounding communities.
This is a year-round position with the potential for modified hours during school breaks and throughout the summer months, based on operational and patient care needs.
