This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to lead a team, drive impactful advocacy, and help advance civil rights across the state.

Job Title: Disability Rights Attorney (Education-focused)
Location: Mostly remote / Ohio โ€“ Hybrid work environment

  • Experience with review and comment on federal and state laws, regulations, and rules in special education and vocational rehabilitation
  • Systemic advocacy on behalf of students or employees with disabilities
  • Experience collaborating with organizations and stakeholders in special education and vocational rehabilitation
  • Participation on or with state-wide committees or groups focused on special education or vocational rehabilitation
