At Converse, we're looking for an organized, dependable, and service-focused professional to join our team as a

Warehouse Operations Coordinator. This is more than a delivery position, it's an opportunity to become a vital part of our operations team by ensuring materials, tools, equipment, and resources are where they need to be so our field crews can succeed.

Looking for a great next chapter?

Whether you're an experienced warehouse professional or a retired electrician or construction professional looking to stay involved in the trade, this position offers the opportunity to continue making meaningful impact. Your knowledge of construction materials, tools, and jobsite operations can help keep our projects running efficiently while sharing your experience to support our field teams and projects.

As our Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project execution by coordinating warehouse operations, managing inventory, delivering materials, maintaining company equipment, and serving as the connection between the warehouse, field teams, and project management. With more than 65 years of excellence in the electrical industry, Converse offers stability, opportunity, and a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

What You'll Do

Warehouse Operations & Organization: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming deliveries while verifying packing slips and identifying shortages or damaged materials. Label and organize materials by project number, notify Project Managers of received shipments, maintain warehouse inventory, and ensure materials are stored accurately and efficiently. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready to support daily operations by maintaining shelving, storage areas, and facility supplies.

Delivery & Logistics: Safely operate company vehicles, including pickup trucks, vans, box trucks, and trailers, to transport materials, tools, prefab assemblies, and equipment throughout Central Ohio. Load, unload, secure, and deliver materials accurately and on schedule while maintaining daily vehicle inspections, cleanliness, and delivery documentation. No CDL is required but a clean driving record is a must. A Motor Vehicle report will be conducted before an offer is given.

Tool & Inventory Management: Coordinate the distribution and return of company tools and equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records. Support field personnel by ensuring requested tools and materials are available when needed, assist with inventory reconciliation, and help maintain accountability for company assets.

Facility & Operational Support: Take ownership of the warehouse and shop environment by maintaining cleanliness, performing routine facility inspections, monitoring warehouse safety, coordinating material returns, and ensuring all warehouse areas remain organized, secure, and ready to support company operations. Assist the Prefab Department and field operations as workload demands.

Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, the Prefab Supervisor, vendors, warehouse personnel, and field crews to coordinate deliveries, material availability, and project support. Maintain clear communication regarding deliveries, shortages, inventory needs, and operational priorities while providing outstanding internal customer service to every department.
