Job Description

Come join the dynamic Consumer & Community Bank Line of Business in the Debit Card Product space working alongside many Product professionals in a fast-moving organization.

As a Business Manager within the Consumer Bank Debit Product team, you will support strategic initiatives, business management activities, reporting, communications, and operating routines that enable the successful execution of product priorities. You will partner closely with Product, Strategy, Finance, Risk, Controls, and other key stakeholders to deliver insights, drive business objectives, and support leadership decision-making. This role provides an opportunity to gain broad exposure across the Consumer Bank while contributing to high-impact initiatives that support the Debit business strategy.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support multiple business management workstreams, including business operations, product operating model activities, employee engagement initiatives, and communications.
  • Develop and maintain executive reporting, business performance metrics, presentations, and management materials for leadership reviews and stakeholder updates.
  • Coordinate established governance routines, including business reviews, leadership meetings, strategic planning activities, and executive reporting.
  • Analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Finance, Risk, Controls, Operations, Technology, and other business functions to drive execution of key initiatives.
  • Manage communications that promote organizational priorities, product strategy, roadmaps, business results, and team objectives.
  • Support project delivery by tracking milestones, managing dependencies, identifying risks, and ensuring timely execution of business priorities.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying efficiencies, enhancing reporting capabilities, and improving operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, business management, strategy, business analysis, project management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations, reporting, and business review materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholder audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with a disciplined approach to execution.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Self-starter with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a strong controls and risk management mindset.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience supporting Product, Consumer Banking, Payments, Debit, Cards, or other financial services businesses.
  • Experience in Business Management, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Consulting, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
  • Experience developing executive communications, management reporting, and business performance dashboards.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
