 Responsibilities

•    Lead collaborative discovery and planning conversations with Store Support leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and key stakeholders to align business priorities, learning objectives, and field needs, while providing strategic recommendations that improve learner impact and business outcomes. 
•    Own end-to-end project strategy and execution by developing and managing comprehensive project plans, milestones, communication cadences, and risk strategies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. 
•    Influence enterprise learning strategy by serving as the voice of the field, applying a field-back lens to learning initiatives and role-specific development programs for District Managers, store leaders, and associates to ensure relevance, adoption, and performance impact. 
•    Design and deliver innovative learning experiences and meeting content that support key business events, including SLT Meetings, All Store Meetings, National Meetings, and other strategic initiatives, driving engagement and execution in the field. 
•    Build strong partnerships with field and business leaders to identify emerging opportunities, uncover performance gaps, recognize patterns and trends, and recommend scalable learning and communication solutions that drive customer experience, conversion, and sales results. 
•    Leverage performance data, learner insights, and business metrics to inform content strategy, prioritize learning investments, and measure the effectiveness of learning solutions against desired outcomes. 
•    Maintain a deep understanding of business strategies, priorities, and performance results, translating complex business needs into meaningful learning experiences that support organizational goals. 
•    Champion innovation in learning design by exploring, testing, and implementing emerging learning technologies, multimedia approaches, and blended learning solutions, including eLearning, video, facilitator-led, and performance support resources. 
•    Drive continuous improvement and experimentation by challenging traditional approaches, introducing new methodologies, and leveraging industry best practices to enhance learner engagement, speed to proficiency, and business impact. 
•    Cultivate cross-functional alignment and collaboration across Learning & Development, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, HR, and other business partners to deliver integrated solutions that support enterprise priorities and field execution. 
 

 Qualifications

 •    4 - 6 years demonstrated ability in instructional design or creating learning content via different modes of delivery and platforms 
•    Retail background, store selling/operations experience preferred 
•    Proven success at establishing rapport with business partners at multiple levels, working on larger teams, and collaborative work habits 
•    Strong organizational skills, detail and process oriented; ability to handle and lead multiple, complex projects 
•    Demonstrates the ability to identify risks/opportunities and drive alignment and prioritization 
•    Demonstrates strong communication including listening, probing for understanding and articulating messages in a clear and concise manner 
•    Experience in leading and developing talent preferred 
•    Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, Elucidat, Adobe Creative Suites application skills 
•    Travel requirements 20%
