The Opportunity:
We are searching for a Recruiter to join our growing team supporting both Field Sales Builds and Search engagements! This hybrid role blends high-volume, project-based commercial team builds with dedicated retained and contingent search assignments across our life sciences client base. This position can be remote or based out of our headquarters in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities
• Establish rapport and build relationships with clients and candidates
• Support Mix communications with hiring managers and act as primary contact for candidates
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, client expectations, and non-negotiables across both build and search engagements
• Execute established search strategies effectively and adapt to meet client and hiring manager needs
• Appropriately prioritize requisitions across concurrent field sales builds and individual search assignments, managing time to meet deadlines
• Source, engage, and attract highly qualified, high-demand candidates using advanced sourcing techniques
• Source passive talent and qualify all candidates
• Manage the entire candidate experience (conduct phone screens, keep candidates and hiring managers informed, etc.)
• Learn and utilize different ATS systems to track and move candidates through process
• Meet and achieve milestone deliverables (timelines, sourcing, screening, etc.) across both high-volume builds and individualized search projects
Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including high volume, project based recruiting or full cycle search experience
  • Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience required, either through recruiting within the industry or direct industry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Proven ability to source, engage, and attract highly sought after talent
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
