Job Description

Cintas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Marketing Manager to lead our strategy for maximizing brand visibility across search channels and supporting demand generation initiatives. This role is responsible for all facets of organic search, including SEO, AEO, GEO, and local listings management. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content-driven growth, ensuring search best practices are embedded across our website, content ecosystem, and broader digital initiatives. This role collaborates closely with web, content, analytics, and marketing technology teams to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and continuously improve performance. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to maximize visibility and organic search performance across multiple markets and platforms. 
  • Manage and optimize the company's Google Business Profile and other online listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and enhanced local search presence. 
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices for on-page and off-page SEO, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate search strategies into broader marketing campaigns, supporting brand awareness and lead generation goals. 
  • Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of search performance and campaigns. 
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships for search-related services and tools. 
  • Conduct regular audits of search campaigns and suggest optimizations, as necessary. 
  • Conduct performance audits and provide actionable insights to improve user experience and help drive additional conversions. 
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations. 
  • Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in search marketing. 
Skills/Qualifications

Required 

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience. 

Preferred 

  • Proven experience with SEO/AEO, content optimization, performance analysis, and local listings management. 
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, and Microsoft Clarity.  
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously, delivering on time and within scope. 
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing strategies.
