Job Description

·                     Lead and manage a team of 10 inspectors and technicians within the Quality department

·                     Serve as a floor-oriented problem solver, driving hands-on resolution of quality issues

·                     Train and develop staff in root cause analysis methodologies and corrective action processes

·                     Implement and oversee 8D's and 5Y's problem-solving frameworks across the team

·                     Participate in and support internal audit programs to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

·                     Function as a succession plan candidate for upward leadership within the business

Requirements

·                     Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BS Eng) required; advanced degree preferred

·                     Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience

·                     Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated expertise in corrective actions
